HealthONE's Centennial Occupational Medicine Clinic is located at 14000 Arapahoe Road on the southwest corner of Arapahoe and Jordan approximately 3.0 miles east of I-25 (just before Parker Road).
The Occupational Medicine Clinic is at 14000 Arapahoe Road Suite 110.
Occupational Medicine clinic hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
After hours care is available through the Centennial Medical Plaza Emergency Department.
We offer comprehensive and cost effective:
- Injury evaluation and treatment by Level II accredited physicians.
- On-site care coordination / case management.
- Physical examinations for DOT, pre-hire, and annual.
- Drug and Breath Alcohol testing.
- Treatment for blood-borne pathogen exposures.
